Warranty Policy – 6 Months Coverage

At Waqar-e-Waqt, we stand behind the quality and authenticity of our health and beauty products. Every item purchased from us comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.


1. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in the product

  • Issues with pumps, droppers, or packaging that affect usability

  • Problems with product texture, consistency, or performance due to manufacturing faults


2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage

  • Issues caused by exposure to extreme heat, moisture, or direct sunlight

  • Product changes after long-term use (e.g., normal depletion of product)

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivity (as these vary by individual)

  • Items tampered with or opened by unauthorized persons

  • Products past their expiry date


3. How to Claim Warranty

To submit a warranty claim:

  2. Send clear photos or videos showing the issue

  3. If required, we may ask you to send the product back for inspection


4. Warranty Solutions

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Replace the product, or

  • Provide store credit of equal value


5. Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for sending the product to us

  • We will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement back to you
