- The watch must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- It must be in the original box with all papers, tags, and accessories.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Watches that have been worn or damaged by the customer.
- Custom-made or engraved watches.
- Sale or clearance items.
4. Refund Process
