You can request a refund within 7 days after you receive your watch.

2. Condition of the Watch to Refund

  • The watch must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • It must be in the original box with all papers, tags, and accessories.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Watches that have been worn or damaged by the customer.
  • Custom-made or engraved watches.
  • Sale or clearance items.

4. Refund Process

  • .After we receive and inspect the watch, we will email you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt.
