2. Condition of the Product for Refund
To qualify for a refund, the product must meet the following conditions:
- All seals, labels, and accessories must be intact.
- Products that have been opened, tested, or partially used cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be offered for:
- Opened, used, or damaged health and beauty products.
- Personal care items such as skincare, haircare, cosmetics, fragrances, supplements, etc., once the seal is broken.
- Customized or specially prepared items.
- Items purchased on sale, discount, or clearance.
4. Refund Process

- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. Return Shipping
