At waqar-e-waqt , we stand behind the quality of our watches. Every watch comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

1. What is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in the watch movement.
• Problems with the battery or internal parts.
• Issues with the watch hands or dial.

2. What is Not Covered

• Damage caused by accidents, drops, or misuse.
• Water damage if the watch was not water-resistant.
• Scratches or damage to the glass, strap, or case.
• Normal wear and tear over time.
• Repairs done by unauthorised persons.

3. How to Claim Warranty

• Send us clear photos or videos showing the problem.
• If needed, we will ask you to send the watch back to us for inspection.

4. Warranty Solution
If your claim is approved, we will:

• Repair the watch free of charge, or
• Replace the watch, 

5. Shipping Costs

• You are responsible for sending the watch to us.
• We will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced watch to you.
